COVID-19 News Update

Since our last update we have completed our next round of mass testing and just completed obtaining the results.  After this round of testing, we currently have 9 staff and 3 residents that have tested positive. Our next round of testing will take place on December 17…

COVID-19 News Update

We wanted to provide you another update on what is going on in our community related to the COVID-19 virus. We continue to have no residents that are showing signs or symptoms or have tested positive for COVID-19.
We have recently learned that another one of our employees has tested positive for the virus after being exposed, we believe, outside of our community. This individual has not been in the building since November 1st, and the employee was asymptomatic when last at work.  When the staff member was in the building, all appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) was used and she practiced good social distancing with others while in the building.

Visitation Update

We thank you for your trust in caring for your family members here at Citrus Hills and would like to notify you all that we are still COVID-19 free. We understand that visitation is an important aspect not only to our residents, but to family members as well. As we hope to have our doors open to you again, we would like to notify you that we are not allowing visitors within the community at this time.
